I’ve spent more than 20 years in sport, education and community development, working with charities, community interest companies and international programmes, from grassroots projects in London to coach education across four continents.
I know what it takes to deliver programmes with limited time and budgets, and how much depends on the people running them.
Now I design coach education, staff and volunteer training and online courses that help organisations like these develop their people, so they can deliver with confidence and make a bigger difference in their communities.
