We offer strength and conditioning sessions to teams/schools/colleges. This training is sport specific and tailored to the needs of the team and what you would like to achieve. As part of this we look to build a physical performance program which can be integrated easily into your every day training.
We offer full athlete physical analysis both for our individual athletes and those teams who work with us. This includes fitness testing, movement analysis and body composition assessment. We provide full verbal and written feedback for an in depth analysis.
Often one of the forgotten factors of sports performance, we understand the need to educate athletes about the importance of nutrition for performance and health. We offer a flexible approach to help you achieve your goals, whether that be a personalised program, help with supplementation, recipes or educational workshops.
